ClickTouch graphic panel

Our graphic panel is made from a
durable polyester film, ClickTouch graphic
panel can be used over mechanical switches
to provide a more finished look to the keypad, and
to provide a visual indication of the location of
the switches. Our graphic panel can
also be used as a faceplate with regular push-buttons
to label button functions.
Our patented ClickTouch technology offers a simple,
cost effective, and reliable solution for all types
of tactile membrane keyboards. Unlike traditional
metal domes, ClickTouch keys are free from metal parts,
have a long operating life, and provide exceptional
tactile response.
In addition, the level of response can easily be varied
from hard to soft, and there is a choice of key shapes
and diameters. ClickTouch technology is already used
throughout the world in applications ranging from
high speed trains to process instrumentation, and
consumer goods to machine tools.

Double touch keys
These keys support 2 functions. When pressing the
key, the operator receives the normal click and function.
When pressed harder, a second, non-tactile contact
closes, registering second function.
Surface mounted Components
Our LED’s are available in several Colors and
different levels of brightness, and be fully integrated
no keyboards. The LED window can be embossed to increase
the viewing angle. We can also integrate all types
of electronic components.
Embossing
A wide range of embossed features and finishes are
available.
Display Windows
Display windows can be incorporated into the keyboard
design. For example, transparent windows for LCD displays
or filter-colored windows for LEDs and LED displays
can be added. Windows can be protected from scratches
through the use of our HardCoat varnish layer.
Insert Labels
For quick customizing, we offer a “re-legendable”
keyboard, in which an insert label is placed under
the overlay.
Backlighting
An integrated EL lam allows keyboard surfaces or individual
keys or groups of keys to be illuminated. We also
offer EL or fibre optic lamps as stand-alone products.
Scratch/wear resistance
We offer additional protection for keyboard surfaces
with PhotoCure structuring. PhotoCure is a surface
structuring varnish providing unmatched wear, chemical,
and scratch resistance.
EMI/RFI/ESD shielding
EMI/RFI/ESD shielding prevents electromagnetic or
radio frequency emissions from leaving or entering
the equipment.
