About lexan overlays :

LEXAN® is a registered trademark of General Electric Company , it is manufactured by other companies. Roemer’s Polycarbonate lexan overlays are a plastic with excellent clarity, stability, heat resistance, impact strength, printing, and die cut characteristics with good abrasion, stain resistance and chemical resistance. Polycarbonate lexan overlays are screen printed on the second (sub-surface) surface to provide protection for the text and graphics. Furthermore, due to the tactile characteristics of polycarbonate, embossing can easily be integrated into the manufacturing of a polycarbonate identification plate. Polycarbonate is used in a variety of colors, shapes and sizes offered by Roemer. Additionally, Polycarbonate is available in clear, matte, and velvet textured finishes. Where higher thermal exposure is required, Polycarbonate is the material of choice. (Printing and graphics offered in: Screened, Sub-Surface)
